Tired of the Mess

It's official. At least 5000 people are going to lose their jobs at Sun Microsystems. Why? Because management can't manage. The only crime any of these people did was to do what their managers told them to do. For that, they're going to be laid off from their jobs and placed in a questionable job market. Yes, Sun fired the SVP who wasn't performing, but what of his boss who allowed him to contnue underperforming for literally years? Was he fired for incompetance? Not a chance. He was promoted!
