I've Fallen down the rabbit hole with Alice

In Alice in Wonderland, things just keeping curioser and curioser. In fact nothing was what it seemed. This is a lot like working in Corporate America today.

The sheeple, those who think corporate America is a career and not a creativity sucking machine, are hard at it. These are the middle managers who, although most realize what kind of company they're working for, have placed themselves in such a situation financially that they see the only way out is to continue satisfying the corporate structure.

In reality, these people are the ones that "manage" whatever dictate upper management comes up with regardless of the damage it may cause. These people are locked into their job through fear and worry. Instead of living this kind of life, it's clear that it's time to brush up the old resumes and go find something more satisfying. Smaller companies need good people who with your talents, find one and make that move
