Success is Advancing to the rear!

Upper management are the only people that seem to think that failure is actually a success! The sad and troubling part of this is that every corporation in the United States has a board of Directors who are asked with protecting the company and doing what's in the corporations best interest.

The problem with this is that so many of the CEO's and Presidents of 1 corporation are on the Boards of another corporation that the whose system has become very incestuous. The president of company "A" demands a raise in pay and benefits that has nothing to do with the successful running of the company. But because he's on the Board of Directors of company "B" and the president of company "B" is on his Board of Directors, they both agree that president of their respective corporations need more benefits and money....

And the result are jobs lost overseas, companies closing operations, the rape and pillaging of the American worker, the workplace is becoming a sweatshop and our products cannot compete with the overseas companies. All in the name of a sweetheart deal among the "in crowd" to deliver the goods to their buddies.

Now I must ask. if we can outsource engineering, software programmers and other professional skills, why can't we outsource upper management? More to come . . .
