Enough picking on the cell phone loonys

OK, How about the other thing that just bugs the heck out of me when driving? It's TRUCKS! or more specifically, trucks with their "stay back 200 or 500 feet. Not responsible for broken windshields" signs. And just why AREN'T trucks responsible for damage caused from objects falling from their trucks?

How about I get a sign like:
"stay back 200 or 500 feet.
Not responsible for flat tires"

And proceed to drop nails out my window? Do you think the trucking companies would be upset replacing or repairing those 300 dollar tires? Of course they would! But then again, I'm getting to be pretty unhappy about replacing windshields because of their rocks gravel and trash loads.

I'm not suggesting all of us go to the local hardware store and buy a big box of extra large nails an begin to throw them into the path of trucks on the freeway. I don't want anyone hurt. Nails or anything sharp would also likely damage innocent people and cars also using the road. Still, you must admit, it's a good example of a stupid sign that should be removed from the trucks.

It only takes a little effort to clean off the fenders and such before entering public roads and the problem would greatly be minimized.

BTW: I personally like trucks and truckers.

(I just don't like the signs)
