Small Business doesn't mean CHEAP Business

Well. when you think about it, most of us eat but seldom consider the work necessary to keep our ravorite restaurant running. I say this because I've just spent the weekend helping my best friend Steve work on his new restaurant. It's actually a deli but you get the idea. The number of things that are needed just to get the doors opened is crazy. We spent almost 1,000 dollars just to get the basics to have enough stuff to show the health inspector that we're ready to open the restaurant
