Things are Getting wild at Work

The thing is, my job has become almost untenable. It's to difficult to continue to work there with everyone jockeying for position. We have so many back biters that you can't do anything without someone or a group of someones going out and trying to take advantage of someone elses work.

Heck, I've completed 3 project so far this year and every one of them resulted ina promotion and bonus....for someone else. Why bother
